About Me

I graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Communication Technology and a minor in Business Administration in 2008. I also graduated from Navarro College in 2005 with an Associates Degree in Multimedia. I have strong interests in technology, graphic design, computer hardware, and astronomy. My long term goal is to improve my design abilities through education and various work opportunities. I am proficient in many design software titles such as Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Visual Web Developer, and the Microsoft Expression suite. I have experience in both print and web design. My skill set includes web design (HTML/CSS, PHP, AJAX, and SQL), company branding, print and layout design, and 2d and 3d product packaging.

Design Mission

When I create various projects, I attempt to exhibit the various design techniques that are deemed the standard in the design community. My style consists of using various gradients and shadow highlights to put emphasis on specific parts of the artwork. I believe that color is one of the most important aspects of focus when attempting to grab attention. Bright and unusual colors or using various design techniques to go outside the box can give a user a memorable experience when visiting a website or viewing various forms of artwork.
